Purpose

KURVO is a safety and community platform for motorcyclists, cyclists and other outdoor activities: it lets you organise group rides, share your real-time location during a ride with the group and with trusted people (guardians), send safety alerts (SOS, breakdown, fall), record tracks and publish them.

Terms of use

Access to and use of the Platform are governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Intellectual property

The KURVO brand, its logo, the design of the Platform and its content belong to the owner named above or to their licensors. Reproducing them without express authorisation is prohibited. Maps are displayed with MapLibre and tiles from OpenFreeMap and CARTO (data © OpenStreetMap contributors) and from the Instituto Geográfico Nacional (© IGN, CC BY 4.0). Weather data comes from Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0).

Governing law

The relationship between the owner and users is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts and tribunals under the applicable consumer protection legislation.
